The next class will be held on Sunday, October 19. We had to cancel the September class - so Nader is keeping the same menu with one change:

-MESCULIN SALAD w/ APPLES, GORGONZOLA CHEESE, ROASTED MACADAMIA NUTS in a balsamic dressing

-EGGPLANT ROLLOTINI

-STEAMED BRANZINO w/ an HERB WINE SAUCE

-RISOTTO W/ FILET MIGNON
